About the artist
Hello, if you do not all ready know me, let me introduce myself to you. My name is Lisa Olson, formerly Lisa Gregg. I am a Master Doll Sculptor and have been sculpting since 2006. Being a life time avid doll collector and doll repair artist, it was only natural for me to become a sculptor. Some of the first dolls I sculpted I produced into vinyl reborn baby doll kits. I then turned my attention to making one of a kind dolls (OOAK) of all different sizes and ages.
Expanding my skills and knowledge, I took the plunge and made a lovely resin BJD called Juliet. Juliet won an industries choice award and is a limited edition of only 50. I paint and clothe each one individually. Some of them I have reproduced outfits for, but most of them I create as a one and only. I would be happy to create a custom outfit and theme for one of my Juliet BJD dolls specifically for you.
I have been the proud recipient of the 2009, 2013 and 2015 Industry's Choice Award Of Excellence, sponsored by Dolls magazine which I am extremely honored, since I am competing with famous and well seasoned doll sculptors from around the world. My dolls have been featured in Dolls magazine, Pretty Toys magazine and Paradise Galleries has produced many of my baby sculpts into vinyl play dolls.
Each doll I create is a one of a kind.
