Doll Sculptor Lisa A Olson - About the Artist
Hello, if you do not already know me, let me introduce myself. My name is Lisa Olson, formerly Lisa Gregg. I am a Master Doll Sculptor who has been sculpting since 2006. As a lifelong avid doll collector and doll repair artist, it was only natural for me to evolve into a sculptor. Some of the first dolls I created were transformed into vinyl reborn baby doll kits. I then focused on crafting one of a kind dolls (OOAK) in various sizes and ages.
Expanding my skills and knowledge, I took the plunge to create a beautiful resin BJD doll named Juliet. Juliet won an Industry's Choice Award and is a limited edition of only 50. I paint and clothe each of these BJD dolls individually. While I have reproduced outfits for some, most are designed as unique, one of a kind creations. I would be delighted to craft a custom outfit and theme for one of my Juliet BJD dolls specifically for you.
I am proud to have received the Industry's Choice Award Of Excellence in 2009, 2013, and 2015, sponsored by Dolls magazine. I feel extremely honored to compete with renowned and seasoned doll sculptors from around the globe. My dolls have been featured in Dolls magazine and Pretty Toys magazine, and Paradise Galleries has produced many of my baby sculpts into vinyl play dolls.
Each doll I create is truly one of a kind.
